Payment Policies
USA Logistics Solutions Inc., we are committed to providing our customers with a variety of payment options to ensure convenience and flexibility. Below, you will find our policies regarding the different payment methods available and how they can benefit you. We strive to make your experience as smooth as possible, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs. Thank you for choosing us for your logistics solutions!
Tuition Fees
If a student is late paying the tuition balance by the scheduled due date, a $25 late fee will be assessed. An additional $25 late fee will be assessed if the balance is not paid in full after 30 days. If the balance is still not paid in full after 60 days a $75 delinquency fee will be assessed.
Legal Notice
USA Logistics Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries has the right to take steps to collect any balance owing including, but not limited to the following: withholding course grades, academic transcripts, and diplomas until the balance is paid; turning over the student’s account to a collection agency; and taking legal action to collect the balance. USA Logistics Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries will make every effort to contact the student to arrange an in-house payment plan of outstanding charges before sending an account to a collection agency.
Student/Customer is responsible for all collection costs/fees including legal fees or any fee associated in attempting to collect the debt.
Policy Changes
USA Logistics Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries reserves the right to modify, remove, add, approve or deny and payment option policy or methods of payment without notice to the customer.
Cash Option
Our CASH option is one of the most common methods used widely by customers.
Scope:

We will deduct 5% off your total invoice balance when paid in full with CASH at the time of enrollment.
Restrictions:
-
This option is only for Individual enrollment only and can be used once per enrollment. (Organizations or Municipalities do not qualify)
-
This form of payment is not valid with any other services offered by USA Logistics Solutions Inc. or its subsidiaries.

5% off does not qualify with any other discounts (i.e., Discounts, Promotions, Military, Military Dependents etc.)
-
Tuition balance owed must be more than $1,000.00 in order to qualify for this option.
-
5% off is not a cash back option therefore no such refund will be given.
-
Paying by other options other than CASH does not qualify for 5% off.

If you opt for other payment arrangements monthly cash payments do not qualify for this option.
Payment Plan (15% Down 6 Month Payments)
Our payment plan option allows customers to make monthly payments over a few months with little to no interest.
Scope:

Customer puts a Down payment of 15% of there tuition total and we will allow the customer to make monthly payments for 6 months.

Interest rates may fluctuate from month to month with special promotions. Current interest rate will be displayed on the website.

APR (Annual Percentage Rate)

Rates (0% to 21% Indiana law sets the maximum at 21% APR)

Restrictions:

This option is only for Individual enrollment only and can be used once per enrollment. (Organizations or Municipalities do not qualify)

This form of payment is not valid with any other services offered by USA Logistics Solutions Inc. or its subsidiaries.

15% Down option does not qualify when the following discounts are applied to your tuition balance (i.e., Promotions, Military, Military Dependents etc.)

Tuition balance owed must be more than $3,000.00 in order to qualify for this option.
-
15% Down is not a cash back option therefore no such refund will be given.

If you make monthly payments with cash it will not qualify for the CASH 5% off option.

Payment due dates are determined by the date you signed your agreement. (i.e., April 10, 2025 payment is due the10th of each month.)

LATE FEEs will be added to your account by the end of business (EOB) on the third (3rd) day if payment is not received. (Late Fees are $25 per month)

If your payment date falls on a holiday or weekend it will be due the next business day.

Statements will be mailed out each month.

Credit/Debit Card
We accept most major credit cards.
Scope:

Credit/Debit card processing is a convenient way to pay your tuition whether it is a monthly payment or you are paying in full.
Restrictions:

We charge a 3% transaction fee per use when used as credit.

Be aware some credit card companies and banking institutions put a daily spending limit on your account please be to check before making any payments.

You must follow all card holder agreements.
Money Order
We do accept money order from most banking institutions.
Scope:

Money Order is a prepaid, guaranteed form of payment and is similar to a check.
Restrictions:
-
The USPS is the best location to purchase your Money Order and the cheapest. (Suggestion not required)
Corporate Check
Corporate checks are accepted.
Scope:

Accepting a corporate check is an option for business and organizations, and municipalities.
Restrictions:
-
A corporation/Organization must be registered in the Indiana Secretary of State or Surrounding State and in good standings. or (Banking institution confirmed the account)

Returned check fee is $50.00
Electronic Check (eCheck) (ACH Automated Clearing House)
Electronic checks are accepted.
Scope:

Accepting eCheck is an option for business and organizations, and municipalities.
Restrictions:

There is a $2.50 convenience fee for every ACH transaction.

Returned check fee is $50.00.

Skills Evaluation Test 1st Attempt $200.00 (BMV Set Price)
Skills Evaluation Test 2nd Attempt $150.00 (BMV Set Price)
Skills Evaluation Test 3rd Attempt $100.00 (BMV Set Price)
Skills Evaluation Test Any Attempt after 3 is $100.00 (BMV Set Price)
Equipment Rental is $175.00 east test.
Credit/Debit Card Processing fee is 3% of the transaction each use.
Returned Check/eCheck fee $50.00 for each returned check.
Late Payments are charged a $25.00 fee after the third (3rd) day of each month.
eCheck convenience fee is $2.50 each transaction.
